Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing access to or using any part of CryptoSec Labs ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to every visitor, user, subscriber, and purchaser of CryptoSec Labs services.

2. The service

CryptoSec Labs provides a browser-based investigation workspace with 229 tools for domain analysis, IP intelligence, email forensics, OSINT, blockchain tracing, case management, and reporting.

Access is granted under three plans: Monthly ($5/month), Yearly ($29/year), and Lifetime ($59 one-time). All plans grant the same feature access — the difference is duration.

3. License grant

Upon payment confirmation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Platform for the duration of your plan.

  • Permitted: one person, unlimited investigations for lawful purposes, exporting reports for your own clients
  • Not permitted: sharing your account, reselling the Platform, bulk-scraping outputs for resale, reverse-engineering the tools, or using the Platform to compete against us

Multiple team members require separate accounts.

4. Permitted and prohibited use

The Platform is provided exclusively for lawful investigations, including: cybersecurity analysis, compliance due diligence, fraud detection, journalism, academic research, and professional investigations.

Prohibited uses include: stalking, harassment, doxxing, intimidation of any person · unauthorized access to systems · bulk data collection for resale · investigating minors · any purpose that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or ours · circumventing access controls of third-party services through our tools.

We reserve the right to terminate any account using the Platform for prohibited purposes without refund.

5. Payment terms

  • All payments are made in cryptocurrency — USDT (TRC20 or ERC20), Ethereum, or Solana.
  • Prices are in USD equivalent and fixed at time of payment confirmation.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible on-chain. Once a blockchain transaction is confirmed, the funds cannot be recalled by either party.
  • Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy (48-hour satisfaction guarantee on Monthly and Yearly; 48-hour with report-export clause on Lifetime).
  • Access is activated after admin verification of your transaction hash. Typical activation time is within 24 hours, usually much faster.

6. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and activation code secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all investigations conducted under your account.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary:

  • We store only what's needed to operate the service: your email, payment reference, and usage logs.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • Investigation outputs and reports you generate remain yours.
  • We retain audit logs for security purposes for up to 12 months.

8. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but provide the Platform on a best-effort basis. Standard plans carry no formal SLA. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

In the event of an extended outage (>72 consecutive hours attributable to us), see our Refund Policy section 5.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoSec Labs shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
  • Decisions made by you or your clients based on investigation outputs
  • Data loss or inaccuracies in third-party sources queried by the Platform
  • Any loss exceeding the amount you paid to CryptoSec Labs in the preceding 12 months

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence by us, or any liability that cannot be limited under EU consumer law.

10. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, use the Platform for prohibited purposes, or attempt to compromise Platform security. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund beyond the standard Refund Policy window.

You may close your account at any time by emailing us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email to the address on your account. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the applicable laws of the European Union. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
